Keeper Products 1.5" X 8' Mountable Rack Ratchet Tie-Down

The Keeper 1.5" x 8' Mountable Rack Ratchet Tie-Down allows you to mount your tie-down where you need it. Originally designed for truck racks, these units will mount anywhere you need them. The Rack Ratchet can be permanently mounted with included hardware, and the Hi-Test webbing can conveniently retract and is stored on the ratchet. The Rack Ratchet provides a range of holding options with coated, double J-hooks that can be secured to anchor points or looped around to a D-ring. The Keeper Rack Ratchet is ideal for ladders and pipe racks.
