The Keeper 8 ft. Cam Buckle Tie-Down features a durable, 2 in. Hi-Test webbing and steel cam buckle with teeth grip for a tight and secure hold. The vinyl-coated S-hooks with spring clip can be affixed to rings, hooks, anchors, D-Rings, and other cargo anchors. It is ideal for securing small loads and equipment.
